Backorders
Although our inventory system usually prevents ordering an item which is out of stock, however, sometimes mix-ups can happen. If you have purchased an out of stock item by mistake, you will be notified by email.
Canadian and International Orders
We currently only ship to addresses in the U.S.A.
Returns
When you receive your order, your order information will be displayed in the paperwork. Please keep your paperwork in case you need to arrange for returns or exchanges, and read the instructions thoroughly for faster processing of returns. Also, please keep any emails you receive regarding your order, as they may contain important information.
Merchandise will be accepted for return within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.
This returns procedure is for goods purchased in the US from the Peachtree Global website only. For all other US returns please contact your retailer.
Faulty or damaged goods can be returned for full credit or replacement, email us at customerservice@peachtreeglobal.com or telephone us, at 1 (877) 620-3938.
You may return unwanted goods for credit within seven working days of receipt for full credit to your original payment method. Credit will only be given if the goods are returned to us in a sellable condition with all packaging, components, labels, leaflets and instructions. For returns beyond 7 business days a 15% restocking fee will be applied and customers are responsible for return shipping.
Only returned items with a supplied Returns Authorization Number will be accepted. To receive a Returns Authorization Number, telephone the Customer Services team at 1 (877) 620-3938 and quote your customer details (lines open Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm EST). Alternatively, email Customer Care at customerservice@peachtreeglobal.com.
Complete the Returns Note on the back of the packing slip and repack the goods securely.
We recommend insuring your return package with your carrier.
On receipt of the goods we will credit the original payment method with the value of the returned goods.
Returns for damaged items
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the merchant shipper immediately. The contact information for the merchant shipper will be in the box. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
